Job Description

This summer we will hire the best sales reps to represent local garbage companies throughout the Midwest and east coast. The sales reps will sell one-year service agreements at a discounted price and collect the first quarter payment.

As a door-to-door sales rep for Alliance Marketing you have the opportunity to offer a premium service to consumers throughout the nation at a discounted rate. We have a time tested, proven marketing system that will ensure your success. We also offer excellent compensation because we want an excellent sales force. If you follow our system you will succeed!

Working for Alliance during the summer months with a professional sales team will be very demanding. You must be willing to work hard, put in the hours, and learn the necessary skills to achieve success. As you stay focused and keep a positive attitude you will reap the rewards that other first year reps have enjoyed - anywhere from $10,000 to $29,000+.

Daily Schedule

Monday through Friday

12: 00 -12: 30 am Correlation Meeting

  • Training
  • Communication from the Client
  • Incentives and Bonuses given

12:30am to 4:00pm Prospecting/Selling

  • 1/3 of your sales will usually come from this time segment.
  • People that are home usually have more time to listen to your message
  • Many enjoy a break in the afternoon lull in life and are glad to speak with you

4:00pm to 4:45pm Lunch

4:45pm to Dusk Prospecting/Selling

  • 2/3 of your sales will happen during this time segment.
  • This time is considered prime-time because both decision makers are typically home.
  • Setting up call backs for when it’s dark helps extend your selling time

Dusk to 9:00pm Callbacks and paper work

Friday and Saturday

9:00am Correlation meeting

10:00am Prospecting/Selling

7:00pm Turn in contracts, call-backs etc…
